CHILAKALAPUDI SANDHYA: Supply Chain Business Analyst (Trainee) in Arlington, TX

1)Assist, as needed, in developing presentations that support supply utilization initiatives for use at peer group meetings and/or at member value analysis committees, including facility requested analysis breakdowns. 2)Develops, owns, leads and/or drives assembly, analysis, and deployment of fact-based, strategic and tactical supply, inventory and related organizational supply chain data to streamline operations functions; including identification and/or analysis of gaps and inefficiencies, inventory levels, translation of analytic insights into solid fact-based recommendations, and standardization of existing reporting processes for the improvement in procedures, processes, and/or practices within the organization. 3)Identify internal process improvement opportunities and develop/implement improvement processes, particularly regarding supply utilization in collaboration with the analytics team 4)Develops and/or prepares fact-based, strategic and/or tactical cross functional performance metrics and reporting. 5)Identifies, designs, documents, changes, and/or implements best practices in supply chain analytical processes leveraging existing intellectual capital and developing innovative concepts; including the identification of continuous improvement opportunities and methodologies for addressing/approaching major strategic issues. 6)Preparing BRD, FRS, SRS, Fit and Gap Analysis, Data Reporting and Analysis, Interacting with Business Users, Stakeholders and Technical team
