• Brainstorm and implement creative ways to engage donors, volunteers, and the greater community through traditional and nontraditional channels. • Create and execute events that ensure effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals; this includes elevating existing signature events and creating new events for donors, volunteers, affinity groups, and the general public. • Oversee website, newsletters, and social media for all product lines including United Way, Women's Leadership Council, Highlands Circle, Hands On Asheville-Buncombe, NC 2-1-1, and Middle School Success. • Maintain close communication with Directors and Managers of all product lines on marketing and communications in their areas and build relationships with community partners. • Oversee cost management, materials, volunteer and staffing, site selection, and evaluation of events for the donors, affinity groups, and the general public. • Develop, price, and purchase print materials including promotional items and specialty publications. • Assist with speaking engagements, fairs, and other community events.
