Duties:   Strategic contracting and relationship management of key accounts, which includes obtaining contract access for Biomet products in desired GPOs, IDNs and hospitals with favorable pricing, terms and conditions Starto effectively build successful partnerships.  Manage all aspects of the contracting process to include: revenue impact, proposed strategy and structure, working with Marketing on the RFP Response, contract negotiation, execution and implementation.
•	Responded to 100s of price requests and request for proposals (RFPs) and conducted price negotiations and revenue impact analysis for all. 
•	Currently manage $220 million worth of business across 25 states and maintain all relationships across my area; Biomet continues to thrive at all hospitals within my territory.
•	Participated in the negotiation of contracts with several GPOs including but not limited to Novation, HeathTrust, Premier and HCA.
•	Continue to grow and expand personal contact network of hospital executives.
•	Exceeded sales goals in my area of responsibility by 18%.

Duties: Provide structure for a start-up biotech firm including operational policies and procedures.  Conduct market research, negotiate, approve and manage contracts for products and services used by the firm.  Challenged to introduce risk management strategy, strategic mission/vision implementation, manage the product timeline through the rigorous FDA process and implement international licensing revenue generation.
•	Negotiated and approved contracts for every vendor used by Regenicin based on cost savings analysis.  Made the decision to outsource certain functions such as payroll and human resources saving the company close to $200,000 a year. 
•	Revamped the price point calculation for the product PermaDerm for potential revenue generation of an extra $110 million per year and looked closely at international licensing contracts to determined best course of action for the product making the determination they weren’t in the best interest of the company.
•	Helped manage the $16.9 million cost-reimbursement, cost-sharing contract with the Department of Defense for Regenicin’s therapeutic product PermaDerm.

Chief Operating Officer

Duties: Engage in business-to-business sales, develop strong client relationships and close key national accounts.  Manage a large number of leads, contacts and accounts over a 4 state territory.  Research and analyze industry data; tracked trends, variances, and observations to provide market and competitive intelligence. 
•	Led the multi-million dollar expansion for Able Body Labor; 3 year budget for the expansion was $5 million.  Directly supervised 200 people 20 regular employees and over 180 part-timers.
•	Responsible for the P&L and oversight of all branch locations in the region.  The region’s revenue increased from $30,000 a week to $150,000 per week for annual revenue of $7.2 million to exceed my $5 million quota.
•	Conducted over 1000 cold calls in the span of 3 years, mostly outside sales knocking on construction trailers, average close rate was twice that of my peers.

Regional Sales Manager

Duties: Design and conduct training exercises for combat readiness of the units I was in charge of.  Exercises ranged from one-day dry run exercises to one-month sustainability exercises for over one thousand people.  Conducted intelligence analysis on battle-space environment, enemy forces, and friendly force vulnerabilities for operations in the Al Anbar Province of Iraq. Trained in two specialties- Infantry and Intelligence.
•	Conducted four international joint military operations, which required coordination of foreign military attaches, state department personnel, and multiple internal departments budget for the operations totaled over 5 million.  
•	Led 183 Marines in some of the most austere conditions in the world. Managed 10 Million is assets while serving as Company Commander.
•	Led a Special Forces Platoon of 42 Force Recon Marines and managed 30 Million in assets.
