Challenged to introduce risk management strategy, strategic mission/vision implementation, manage the product timeline through the rigorous FDA process and implement international licensing revenue generation. • Negotiated and approved contracts for every vendor used by Regenicin based on cost savings analysis. Made the decision to outsource certain functions such as payroll and human resources saving the company close to $200,000 a year. • Revamped the price point calculation for the product PermaDerm for potential revenue generation of an extra $110 million per year and looked closely at international licensing contracts to determined best course of action for the product making the determination they weren’t in the best interest of the company. • Helped manage the $16.9 million cost-reimbursement, cost-sharing contract with the Department of Defense for Regenicin’s therapeutic product PermaDerm.
