Graduated from California Lutheran University with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Always seeking to grow with further opportunities in the Business Management or Marketing world. 

Working for Uber has greatly developed my skills in multiple areas of business. I was able to rebuild new hire training to put a focus on hands-on learning while maintaining efficiency. I had the opportunity to participate in over 100+ interviews and collectively make hiring decisions to grow the team. I conducted and supervised all training meetings and took weekly feedback from both new hires, trainers, and management. Our team focus was to grow US supply in all major markets, and I was able to maintain a high-performance level in every city I worked with.

-Managed a team of 10 direct reports focused on growing supply for Uber Eats in US Markets 
-Ran weekly performance meetings, held 1:1s will all team members and coached team in areas of development 
-Developed dashboards to track and graph long-term performance trends of agents to add clarity to the promotion process.
-Presented KPIs to upper management and created a roadmap for each quarter. 

City lead for Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Orange County teams. 
-Teams ranged from around 4 to 10 agents all focused on growing supply in their city.
-Rebuilt and ran new hire training to improve learning and efficiency. 
-Worked with Upper Management on flagging issues and creating solutions. 
-Shadowed with Project Managers at Headquarters to help develop product better suited to our team's needs.
-Managed a strike team of Vehicle advisors where I gauge performance, build tools to better the workflow, and work with engineers on products that will better suit our needs.
