I am a seasoned employee of the outdoor, action sports, and tech industries with experience building and leading teams of 2-200. My career has spanned nearly all disciplines within a business but my primary focuses have been in Customer Support, Sales, and Education/Training. 

My time at three rapidly growing startups has enabled me to learn from experiences beyond simply what my titles would indicate.  I have gone on international tours to sell-in products, built and run large international teams, dictated GTM strategy, acted as keynote speaker at launches, run trade shows, lead long sales-cycle negotiations, and more importantly I have been responsible for identifying, growing, and maintaining relationships with sales partners both domestically and internationally.

Training Program Manager

• Built and managed an international team and budget to facilitate sales of the Inboard suite of products.
• Developed all project, process, and day-to-day task management tools and processes for the department.
• Oversaw all facets of Channel Sales with consistent QoQ growth, including over 400% growth in my first quarter running the North American retail channel.
• Recognized YoY growth with our flagship product despite the product being in it's 2nd year without a refresh.
• Built and fostered relationships with international distribution channels as well as a large team of outside reps.
• Took the lead in developing all facets of the strategy for enterprise sales, a new channel with a new product for Inboard.

• Managed a large international team and associated budget.
• Launched and managed an international "Strikeforce" of 150+ contracted trainers.
• Acted as Keynote speaker and sales lead on multiple international tours to launch and sell-in new products.
• Reworked the internal onboarding process for all GoPro employees.
• Built out a process for cross-functional collaboration on all education-related initiatives throughout the company.
• Developed processes and procedures for KPI reporting and real-time budget tracking.
• Managed team morale and budget through multiple restructures while maintaining approval from leadership and without any employee attrition.
