I assist in the development of employees and offer operational assistance to the cafe. Additionally, I assist with inventory tracking, replenishment buying and I am instrumental in menu creation and interior design decisions. Everyday, I provide friendly and consistent customer service to a diverse customer base as a cook, cashier, barista and server. Another role I play is creating food and lifestyle photo imagery to broaden brand growth and engagement with our social media community.

As a contract photographer, I create stock imagery of community lifestyle and living throughout the Twin Cities for editorial and website use as needed by the Minnesota Housing Partnership. Also, I have created and I am maintaining an image library. Additionally, I travel to staff events throughout the state to photograph staff at work.

Paddle Taxi currently provides access to one of the greatest natural resources and preserved areas in the United States, the Mississippi River and they help paddlers overcome logistical planning obstacles that often accompany paddling the river. They work from a community level, partnering with established organizations, to identify barriers, stigma and misinformation about the state of the river. As a co-founder of this non-profit organization, I took on the role of establishing a web and community presence for Paddle Taxi by promoting the organization and collaborating locally and sustaining social followers. I worked to develop creative competence and artistic vision through production of social media content. A key component of my position was creating photo/video content to inspire and share the vision of the organization.
