With more than 20 years experience in outdoor industry B2B sales, retail management and retail sales I possess and demonstrate excellent communication, managerial and organizational abilities, providing me with the skill sets necessary to identify needs, to create and facilitate goals and allowing me to work effectively, efficiently and successfully with customers, employees, and a broad range of vendors. Manage over 130 accounts across Oregon in cycling/outdoor B2B sales to grow business profitability and gain market share. Build longstanding relationships with new/current customers and vendors through trust, quick and efficient communication and follow through. Show and place relevant product from over 300 vendors based on market experience and location.

• Responsible for $1.2M of sales in one to the top competive locations in the industry.
• Second highest sales totals out of 10 sales reps and responsible for 18% of Cyclones total IBD sales in 2014. 
• Procure new cold accounts by offering compelling B2B solutions in a highly competitive market. 
• Provide feedback to management and buying department for areas of growth. 
• Continued research and education of competitors practices and product to help position Cyclone and a market leader. 
• Seek out unconventional types of business and secure business opportunities.
• Work closely with an inside key account sales representative to build a proactive customer maintenance schedule. 
• Proven record of negotiation and closing with new/current customers.

Proactively maintain, develop and prospect new customers and relationships. Answer incoming calls and emails from accounts and provide support throughout the ordering process. Process included; detailed PO entry, price and term negotiation and order follow up. Trouble shoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and positive manner.

*Established a responsive customer base in previously difficult territories including Utah, New Mexico, Alaska and Arizona.
*Prospected and opened new types of business in low performing areas.
*Set record growth in Utah and Alaska in 6 months by finding and securing new key accounts.

Inside Sales Account Management

Responsibilities including staff hiring, scheduling at multiple locations, training/development, coordinating with partners and suppliers on incoming product and negotiating terms. Store merchandising including developing marketing plans and visual product displays. Creating visual and written content for media outlets (Facebook, Wordpress, Youtube etc).
