• Maintain and manage multiple buildings in various locations throughout Ohio locations • Responsible for small capital and large capital companies building operations • Routinely meets with contractors to troubleshoot and create effective solutions to issues and problems • Handle customer complaints and issues and work with multiple levels of management to make resolutions • Have to document activities and responsibilities in detail for contractors and management to review • Meet to many different people and have to adapt to different personalities • Train and mentor new hires to develop new skills • Have to work independently with little supervision traveling to multiple building locations • Regularly on call which requires me to be very flexible • Develop action plans to create the most effective use of time • Have to think critically to create solutions on my own
