SR. GLOBAL PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER

A seasoned marketer and team leader who collaboratively connects the dots across an organization because of a deep bench of experience across functions (Sales, Strategy, and Brand & Product Marketing) and who has worked in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East, working in both market and global functions with impact. 

A passionate outdoors enthusiast, big mountain skier, and enduro mountain biker who is currently a Sr. Product Manager at adidas.  

•	Overseeing the Global Product Creation Team for the critical Classics Court business, including two of the brands top five footwear models: Advantage and Grand Court 
•	Developing a multi-year franchise lifecycle planning process to ensure long-term growth while anticipating fluctuations in consumer fashion trends 
•	Mentoring and coaching a team of talented young product managers


•	Responsible for the development of Seasonal Go-To-Market Strategy for the Running Footwear Category
•	Delivered high-impact presentations to communicate global strategic priorities, seasonal marketing plans, and produced digital sell-in tools that resulted in high consistent  growth for the multi-billion-euro category
•	Lead a team that crafted launch plans for some of adidas’ most iconic performance products, technologies, and collaborations (UltraBoost, adidas 4D, Supernova, adizero, Parley, etc.)
•	Owned all global product launch dates for running product launches, hype drops, and marketing campaigns 
•	Selected to be the CtC project lead for the main strategic adidas brand priority for 2019, alongside a core group of Vice Presidents from Product Marketing, Design, Strategy, and Comms 


SR. MANAGER GLOBAL GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY - RUNNING

•	Created immersive retail activations across 10 campaigns at 4 accounts in 4 countries that increased full-price sales by over $1 million in the first year
•	Quadrupled adidas running SOB via a strategic marketing plan to become the #1 brand at GO Sport 
•	Initiated the door-level merchandising plans for GO Sport in SS’17 growing order books by 54% versus mirror season, despite a 30% drop in OTB, and later became a case study for Emerging Markets CTC
•	Drove content creation on Namshi.com to grow sales by 35 percent in 2016, despite economic headwinds 
•	Launched and managed a tech rep team to maximize footwear sell through and drive NPS at Key Accounts
•	Awarded both gold and silver at 2017 SPIA Awards for “Best Sports Brand, Retail, or Product Activation”
