A field-based position encompassing multiple brands across multiple districts representing upwards of $10M in annual sales of Macy*s Millennial private brands through:
•	Communication – Disseminate and distribute critical brand initiatives to Macy*s executives that will align with margin goals and customer profile strategies
•	Analysis - Identifying and communicating sales, stock, and trend opportunities by utilizing a variety of analytic and communication tools within the MDS reporting structure
•	Training – Coordinate and lead brand-specific training of product knowledge and presentation standards to district and regional executives, store management, and sales associates 
•	Special Events – Conceptualize and facilitate in-store events that foster both customer brand loyalty and employee engagement
•	Talent and Business Development – Lead team of Sales and Stock associates specializing in specific brands to enhance the shopping experience and develop techniques to become the next generation of Macy*s leadership
