Who loves to attend comic-cons yearly.  i'm a big disneyland fan and spend a lot of my free time with my family riding my favorite rides.  to unwind i love to take strolls along the shore in seal beach.  one thing you may notice right away upon meeting me is my passion for the color purple.  it's basically just another part of me

But don't worry i have been able to keep my love of purple separate when i build a product line.  not everything in the plan will be purple (unless you want it to!)

Responsible for Mexico Development, assuring they align with inline models, from initial concept to commercialization, including
Stage 1, 2, and 3 (Full Size Run).   Handles cost negotiation with factories directly to achieve minimum target margins.	Assigns
material numbers, color codes and sets up all style information in PLMF/Frontech system seasonally. Follows up with Sit tests to work with factories on improvements prior to production.	Manages certain inline models from techpack to commercialization,
entering specs in system based off techpacks and issuing SOI's to the factories from PLR, FLA and SMS stages. Handles thorough
scrubbing of CBD's to ensure yields, LDPs, and costs for each component of the shoe have no hidden charges, so that target margins
are maintained.	Communicates with international factories daily, notifying them of any pertinent updates.	Responsible for thoroughly checking every sample stage and ultimately approving conSirmation samples before model goes to production. Handles
TOP review and quality follow up for each assigned model.	Acts as liaison between regional leads and the factories, and orders
global preline and marketing sample requests for R1 and R2 rounds. Required to provide black and white shoe image line art for all
inline, SMU, and collaboration models to box supplier.	Acts as the department super user for PLMF/Frontech system and is
responsible for validating the line, ensuring that all developers have entered their information, such as HTS/Tariff, production lead
times, tooling charges, etc., correctly, before pushing for SMS and mass production, which transfers to SAP. Manages this sample and production push and generates buylog for inline models and snowboard boots, which have separate calendar timelines.

Footwear Developer II

Worked very closely with design and buying teams to review all preproduction samples and identified any issues before giving
final approval for production, for both the Shoedazzle and Justfab brands. Acted as liaison between teams and vendors to
communicate all pertinent issues or approvals for very large monthly SKU counts. Lead fit meetings with models and communicated any issues to all vendors to ensure styles, not only looked good but fit good, for the customer. Identified and confirmed
all footwear constructions for tariff and flocking purposes and entered HTS information in Merlin 2 system. Created and maintained tracking logs to document all comments for preproduction samples. Received WIPS from all vendors on a weekly basis and reviewed progress ensuring preproduction and ad samples were received on time. Created and managed line plans in Andromeda
PLM system to ensure styles were prepped for purchase order stage. Worked with vendors on adjusting exit factory dates and granted
extensions in Merlin system, and continually kept merchants informed on production timelines.

Production Manager Justfab and Shoedazzle

best-selling style information in order to ensure key styles were within the plan for SMU clearance accounts. Initiated SOI's (sample order inquiry) within PLMF/Frontech system for vendors. Monitored and maintained development communication with international vendors daily, per each assigned style. Managed the sample production cycle to ensure timely delivery. Responsible
for the development of 200 - 250+ skus seasonally, amounting to an 11+ million-dollar business yearly. Negotiated vendor pricing to
ensure favorable margins were reached. Created and maintained SMU Clearance line-sheets. Acted as liaison between sales and
production by securing XF dates with the vendor and communicating information to production in a timely manner. Responsible for setting up pair styles in Frontech/PLMF, ensuring data such as: FOB, LDP, HTS codes and material content were accurate and updated as needed. Created and maintained a SMU Clearance order log to monitor margin proSitability. Maintained a system of organized
reference samples for review and archiving.

Assisted Director by setting up approved cost sheets for all seasons, promoting and pre-packing all styles in the AS400 system.
Tracked sales, sample status, delivery and prepared ship log to coordinate sample shipments with sample coordinator. Helped
coordinate major account style-out samples as needed by each season, as well as photo shoot sample requests. Kept track of all SMU
orders and samples as well as all catalog requests from all major vendors. Converted Design Director's sketches to illustrator format and prepared for color changes.

Assistant Merchandiser/Graphics Assistant Roxy Footwear

Assisted Design Director with modifying sketches using Illustrator CS. Prepared CADs for digital imaging department for seasonal
line guides, line-sheets, and merchandising pages. Responsibilities included completing pattern requests, pitch sheets, color cards,
lab dips, trend sheets, and organized binders for each season. Combed through local shops, magazines, and websites to ensure
product stayed relative to trends.

Assistant Designer Roxy Girl

Assisted the Executive Vice President with clerical duties including calendar management, travel arrangements, and report
preparation. Executed general ofSice maintenance including mail distribution, supply ordering, budget monitoring, invoice
processing. Assisted the department with making color cards, holiday and event planning, internship coordinating, and organizing
Pantone and trim libraries.
