Administrative Assistant: Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information. Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and business transactions. Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, fax machines, voice mail systems and personal computers. Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer. Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.

Maintain accurate resident records. Update all rents, deposits, and application fees received by residents on a daily basis Issue appropriate notices when necessary (i.e. late payments notices, eviction notices, returned checked memos).
Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contribute ideas to property manager for marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction.
Remain aware of community goals relative to resident satisfaction and resident retention.
Greet prospective residents, qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present community and specific apartments while providing features and benefits
Collect and posts rent payments, maintain delinquency under 3%, serve 3 day notices, and appear in court for UD cases.
