As a product specialist I was responsible for planning product features, organizing release timelines, and tackling gating issues while driving my product towards general availability. I maintained clear lines of communication between multiple departments. I gave user requirements and specifications to hardware and software engineers, communicated market positioning and strategy with the marketing and sales departments, and coordinated feature releases and brand story with members of product management. Acting as an ambassador of the brand, I worked directly with customers to better understand market needs, and worked to incorporate solutions to those needs in the products release.
