Within thirty-six (36) months, accomplishments include an increase in sales over previous goals, and the secured 2,550 new home starts in the Texas market, including nine (9) new regional builders committed to sole-source agreements.

Development and implementation of strategic plans to increase Sea Gull Lighting's market share within the new home and multi-family industry, specifically within rebounding growth markets of Florida after the housing crisis. Also responsible for account management of national account builder partners, their local divisions (Lennar Homes, Pulte Homes, KB Homes, and AV Homes), product forecast, and supply chain communication at the local and national level for successful execution of product deliveries.

Responsible for liaison between distribution outlets, national builder accounts, regional and local builder accounts, as well as lighting showrooms and electrical wholesale warehouses. Day to day duties incorporated the cultivation of new business relationships with potential customers, creating and implementing strategic plans to promote our company's product through cooperative relationships with industry partners, troubleshooting customer needs and requirements, logistic management, product education, and new product roll-outs.
