Christopher obtains an undergraduate and graduate degree in Industrial Design from Auburn University in Alabama. 

Christopher's passion and enjoyment is working with people to understand a problem and develop a solution based on their requirements. As part of his graduate thesis, he designed a system to reduce the amount of organic waste disposed in trash. This included detailed theories on how to engage a community to recycle waste through ease of use and incentives.

His tenure at Auburn University has developed Christopher with a strong background in product research, ideation, prototyping, testing and production. He has exemplary model making skills and the ability to quickly and effectively convey an idea/product to potential clients through sketching and other mediums.

Christopher has had significant exposure to design and development processes that range from soft goods, machining, vacuum forming and wood/metalworking to name a few. He has vast knowledge of the 3D design programs SolidWorks and Rhino, and experience creating parts, assemblies, exploded views, surface renderings and simulations within Solidworks.

Christopher is very sociable as well as an effective communicator. He enjoy connecting with a wide variety of people with varying backgrounds.


•	Developed and executed Process Qualifications for the manufacturing of orthopedic implants through the Reticulated Vitreous Carbon and Chemical Vapor Deposition processes, ensuring production exceeded FDA requirements
•	Accountable for documenting, collecting and analyzing data for each implant assigned
•	Worked with a team to develop a methodology for engineers to identify and gather data from historic documents
•	Managed the production and prioritization of manufacturing 100+ implants to ensure timely completion
•	Worked with Quality Engineers to examine and approve dimensional features for Acetabular Cups, Tibial Cones and NexGen Metaphyseal Cones
•	Communicated and presented findings to upper management and directors on a regular basis
•	Recruited by other group leads to assist with qualification overflow to ensure project completion

Process Validation Engineer - Contractor

•	Designed and produced promotional products for TerraCycle’s top investors
•	Created organizational units to better manage TerraCycle’s workflow
•	Fabricated and stitched plastic, nylon and other fabrics to develop up-cycled soft goods

•	Responsible for identifying areas of opportunity to increase mobility in Red Kap work uniforms
•	Researched, designed, tested and proved that refined concepts increased a user’s mobility 
•	Adhered to the established design language of Red Kap brand throughout

•	Fabricated production-ready prototypes for pants and shirt concepts
