I am an experienced Product Manager and Supply Chain Leader, with a demonstrated history of cross-functional work focusing on delivering innovative class-leading products to discerning consumers. My career focus has been on developing and executing multi-year product and brand strategies, building processes, and procedures that enable sustained long-term growth, without losing sight of the needs of the consumer.  

I love digging deep to understand problems and working collaboratively to solve them. I try to be self-reflective, open-minded, and receptive to feedback because that is the only way I can continue to learn and grow. I pride myself on being a leader that supports and empowers others toward success, whether they are direct reports or colleagues because we can only win as a team.

My passions almost always push me outdoors, but ultrarunning, cycling, and backpacking are truly part of my identity. I aim to bring passion and drive to everything I do, whether that's leading a team at work, working through a tough problem, learning a new skill, pushing through a rough spot in an ultra, or helping around my house; I look for that same passion and drive in the companies I work for.


•	Lead a team of five globally dispersed supply chain leaders; responsible for delivering products, from over 30 vendors across seven countries resulting in revenues in excess of $300 million. 
•	Drive cross-functional alignment between Product Management, Merchandising, Global Planning, and Global Marketing to ensure alignment of business and operational targets, with a focus on NPI launches. 
•	Develop and execute the monthly global buy plan, by analyzing current demand needs, future forecast vs. capacity risks, and business goals.
•	Own vendor relationships, driving improvements based on key metrics and strategic category goals.
o	Ensure vendor readiness for demand uncertainty (upside and downside risks); while maintaining flexibility.
o	Leading the onboarding of new vendors, to diversify the SBC supplier base, improve cost competitiveness, and reduce the risk of single country production. 


•	Collaborated with the Director of Global Planning to establish the function and initial goals.
o	Led global bike supply planning for 22 subsidiaries and distributors: generated over $700 million in revenue.
o	Developed and implemented procedures for allocations of capacity-constrained products and Limited-Edition launches, while documenting significant successes and failures for continuous improvements. 
•	Ran the Operations executive management team through the monthly bike inventory S&OP meeting, focusing on potential stock out issues and product transfer opportunities to reduce global lost sales.
•	Spearheaded the coordination with product management and merchandising for product transitions strategies to maximize NPI launches


Global Supply Planner, Bikes

•	Directed the road product management team responsible for assessing market trends and consumer insights, category assortment needs, and overall brand vision for Specialized Road: generated over $250 million in revenue.
o	Mentored product management talent, focusing on growth, accountability, and ownership of decision making, with a collaborative and transparent team structure.
•	Drove product roadmap execution, working closely with engineering and design to manage resources, make tradeoffs, and ultimately deliver class-leading products.
•	Managed the product development process for two new product refreshes, from concept to buy ready, ensuring accurate costing targets, product details, while maintaining transparency and alignment across all functions.
•	Created and gave product presentations to global media, domestic and international dealers at 6 – 10 events a year.


Manager; Senior Road Product Managers, High-Performance Road

•	Led the strategic vision, development, line planning, and introduction of two new product families in three years and the transition out of two product families. 
o	The Diverge Family of bikes and the Gravel / Open Road category; now the third-largest revenue contributor to Specialized Road.
o	Roval Carbon Road wheels, which has grown revenue double digits for six years, and is now the fourth largest equipment business.
•	Re-launched the Roval Road Wheel line; with the goals of developing short term activations, establishing a premium market position, and development of a multiyear product roadmap.
•	Responsible for consumer research, product brief creation, and tracking market sales KPIs and reporting back during global product reviews.


Road Product Manager, Performance Road, and Core Bicycles

•	Managed the USA marketing strategy, including media buys, trade show buildouts, and technical product reviews.
o	Partnered with LOOK International product development and management teams on creating educational information for the USA based outside sales representatives and media.
•	Collaborated with the national sales director and operations manager on the development of sales programs, revenue and margin targets, USA product line, and product launch schedule.
•	Developed a USA specific custom bike assembly and sales program, to drive an increase in high-end bicycle frame sales and dealer presentation of complete bicycles.


Marketing and Product Manager, USA Product

•	Inside sales rep managing inbound and outbound sales calls with a focus on monthly sales goals.
•	Focal point for inbound and outbound warranty and customer service calls from retail partners and end consumers.
o	Managed monthly warranty reporting to LOOK International, focused on warranty cost reimbursement and product failure analysis.
•	Developed and implemented a demo & field test program, resulting in 22 events across the western United States.
