• Work closely with the design, technical design and product development team • Manage and update WIPs during development, pre-production stage through to TOPs • Update BOMS in tech packs and send out to factories in a timely manner • Communicate with vendors oversees on the daily • Problem solve when issues arise with production timelines • Negotiate with factories on costing for new development and production styles • Manage the development and approval process including lab dips, strike offs, trims, tech pack review and sample development • Dual source with factory contacts to find the best costing along with quality for a garment • Oversee development cycle from hand off to production

● Lead trainings to help drive productivity ● Conduct meetings to provide suggestions and adjustments to garments ● Work with vendors on understanding of production corrections ● Provide additional support to vendors on how to correct garments whether be by email or zoom ● Navigate vendors on construction techniques and edits to hit target cost ● Lead fittings with the fit models to ensure there is mobility and functionality ● Guide pivoting garment silhouettes based on fabric compatibility and vendor capabilities ● Ensure product development time line is being followed through efficiently

● Evaluate samples against specs and observe if vendors made adjustments ● Communicate with vendors on a daily changes that are requested whether it be on aesthetic or fit comments ● Lead collaborative meetings by presenting measurement and construction issues found on garments ● Work along side buyers to insure that production is on time ● Input measurements, weights, comments and issues into each tech pack

● Complete tech packs by measuring and communicating all adjustments and comments ● Evaluate garments to make sure that factories followed specifications and measurements given at previous stages ● Communicate with factories on errors and changes to tech packs and garments ● Maintain WIPs from development to Bulk Production to help with the management of samples. ● Review lab dips and strike offs ● Approve bulk specs by comparing to our standard grade rule and communicate with the factory when issues are present and seem unreasonable.
