A results-oriented brand marketing professional with over 10 years of experience working collaboratively with sales teams and driving consumer engagement through experiential programming and creative brand experiences. Created and manage new client on-boarding process providing the opportunity to onboard 10 new cannabis clients, with over 20 different skus.

Account Manager

Managed product development and marketing initiatives for a wholesale bread manufacturer and supplier.
•	Managed new product development pipeline and activities; including product and capabilities brainstorming, market/customer evaluation, competitive analysis, product development, business analysis, launch strategy, commercialization and post launch evaluation.
•	Developed new product launch campaign for 3 new skus incorporating distributor marketing, segment focused tools, national broker incentive, and unique sampling opportunities. 
•	Analyze current trends and sales data to craft key sell in stories for national sales and broker team.
•	Developed and implemented monthly national sales and broker newsletter to share valuable information, marketing tools and key trends with over 700 team members across the country.
•	Assists leadership team in developing and implementing departmental workshops to foster corporate strategy and philanthropic efforts; including a Community Volunteer Workday.
•	Manage relationships with key vendor partners including printers, graphic designers, web designers and POS company

Marketing Manager

Directed sales team on targeted selling, wholesaler management and brand engagement with consumers for new strategic wine agency. 
•	Implemented weekly sales calls and designed a sales tracking tool to monitor sales activity. Used this data to evaluate and forecast inventory levels with company leadership. 
•	Created professional sales presentations for products and promotion of new and existing portfolio items for distributors and key accounts to include display execution, shelf, well and back bar placements as well as in-stadium placements and promotions.


National Brand Manager - MLB Wines

Joined the hummel team to establish and grow the brand into a sustainable soccer brand in the US Market, a new market for hummel, by developing and executing a US Marketing launch plan. 
•	Developed brand ambassador program for 15 US professional soccer players to engage with the soccer community both on the pitch and online on social channels.
•	Hired and managed a social media marketing coordinator to execute global and US marketing strategy to target soccer influencers, soccer communities and create our own unique content to tell the hummel brand story in the US market resulting in explosive growth on all social channels of over 100% without any marketing spend.
•	Target and negotiate professional contracts between brand and professional soccer teams resulting in 5 new team sponsorships of professional soccer teams; these sponsorships include team product purchase and brand support extending our marketing reach into new soccer markets throughout the country.
•	Capitalized on new professional team sponsorship in Southern California by creating a unique hummel retail store, made from a recycled shipping container, on the team’s home soccer fields leading to weekly product sales and introduction to new consumers and our targeted youth soccer teams.


US Marketing Manager

Maximized sales and merchandising execution for PBC and Ballantine IPA through multiple initiatives.
•	Shelf and display management, wholesaler presentation, POS merchandise, retail staff training, promotions, local and national event activation.
•	Development of relationships with key craft beer influencers.
•	Use of Salesforce CRM and sales history to expand account base through qualitative insights on the craft beer market and targeted consumer base.


Sales and Marketing Manager

Promoted into new role to standardize multiple best practice efforts resulting double digit revenue growth across four brewery brands (Widmer Bros, Kona Brewing, Redhook Brewery and Omission).
•	Created and delivered impactful presentations for regional Anheuser Busch Wholesalers to showcase new products, point of sale materials, promotions, and incentives to sell our portfolio of beers.
•	Using my regional sales reps and our wholesalers’ goals as a guide I generated custom programming for both B2B and B2C sales that resulted in buy in from wholesaler sales team and leadership leading to new distribution.
•	Developed program guidelines and retail calendars; designed and submitted all Southeast fulfillment packages for Key Accounts including our largest Off Premise Account, Publix Supermarkets, to give our accounts special program discounts and differentiation on the shelves.
•	Directed and managed over 100 different consumer facing beer events to make a memorable connection with our consumers in the SE market and show support to our regional wholesalers.


Field Marketing Manager

Developed and implemented strategic programs to support growth of the Redhook brand.
•	Focused on managing product lines and brand communication to the CBA National Sales team and Anheuser-Busch wholesaler partners.
•	Managed complete re-brand of packaging, sales platform, marketing, website and communication strategy for the entire Redhook Brewery brand; resulting in positive sales growth for the first time in five years.
•	Developed new consumer engagement strategy for Redhook Brewery, including website, email newsletter and Facebook interaction to communicate brand messaging.
•	Handled yearly brand planning cycle including development of key brand initiatives, obtaining buy-in from Leadership Team, VP of Sales and field sales organization; executed yearly Brand plans in the marketplace. 
•	Served as point of contact for public relations, advertising and design agencies to ensure all departments were up to date on key events, milestones and Redhook initiatives.


Assistant Brand Manager

Secured marketing development budget to promote and drive sales Dogfunk.com retail site. 
•	Used of integrated marketing strategies and tactics for vendors (vendor logos, targeted email blasts, social media campaign, vendor links.) Analyzed vendor’s campaign value by measuring ROI, performance, effectiveness, retention and conversion. 
•	Implemented and monitored product feeds between Backcountry.com and Dogfunk.com and participating ASR vendors, contributing to a goal of $7 million annually.
