Mentored, inspired and managed the GT product graphic design team, ensuring the design principles and brand guidelines are followed, but guiding them to push their own limits of creative thinking. Oversaw and reported on project progress, identify potential risks, and measure outcomes to within budget allowed for the 100% on time delivery. Consulted with Design Engineers, Industrial Designers, Product Managers as well as with the global market leaders to analyze product and market trends, ensuring designs align with regional demands to encourage 15%-25% higher forecast. Define and develop brand color palettes, working closely with designers to establish a consistent and impressionable visual identity in order to present new colors, designs, and concepts to global markets and customers, driving 75% more accurate forecasts and market alignment.
