• Led the end-to-end development and successful launch of 14 production collections (65 SKUs total), including a flagship product line that generated $12M in revenue in its first 6 months.
• Drove innovation and product strategy by conducting consumer research, trend analysis, and competitive audits to identify white space opportunities and guide product concepts, claims, and feature
prioritization.
• Partnered cross-functionally with R&D, packaging, creative, and supply chain to bring products from ideation to commercialization on time and within scope.

• Evaluate current visuals, merchandising, and customer experience at 30 locations to ensure all policy and procedure expectations are being met
• Create and execute a ten-week social media calendar that targets Gen Z audiences to build engagement with students and inform them about our program
• Collaborate with marketing team and graphic designer to bring social campaigns and other key advertisements to life
• Administer copy editing support for all print and digital material
• Implement 10-week sales and promotional plan to meet yearly sales goals
• Revise outdated hours, pricing, links, and visuals on e-commerce website

Marketing Coordinator

• Analyze and assess store reports to recognize trends and develop effective strategies to meet store sales goals
