Amazon: Full P&L ownership and accountability and grew the business by 75% through optimized operational fulfillment (SFP/FBA), targeted marketing campaigns (on and off AMZ), and new product/brand launches. Launched private label socks/apparel with several Amazon best-seller rankings. Created and implemented a rating system to quickly identify potential new store locations that lead to a profitable opening while exceeding the first-year sales pro forma. Sourced and managed General Contractors in multiple states while ensuring the new stores opened on time and on budget.
