• Tracking, organize samples, Run Fittings • Spec and analyze garments to determine compliance of measurements, workmanship, construction direction, and fit intent- all categories • Establish how to measure standards, manage spec/graded specs for all categories • Review all samples based on submitted tech pack • Communicate visual/fit comments effectively to factories • Manage quality control requirements and standards • Follow up with vendors on samples to ensure timely arrival in our office for fittings and key seasons • Source new product requests while keeping with brand integrity and quality • Source vendors for each product/category as needed & requested • Confirm and track materials, color standards, lab dip, S/O, and technical details for each style • Understand the product creation process from design hand off to production • Establish/ create TPs, new CADS/ Design standards to ensure all team members understand and can work harmoniously while keeping consistency • Assign and manage tasks to Jr. Technical Designer/Product Developer • Assist in lab dip and S/O approvals
