Maintains positive communication with Demand Planning and Sales Operations Departments to quickly and efficiently convert demand to purchase orders.

Manages bulk seasonal inline order process- coordinates with development to ensure production specs are updated with Supply Partners, confirms PPS and TOP samples, negotiates EFDs with factories, negotiates delivery dates with sales team, and monitors production status to ensure EFDs are met.

Directs Global Purchasing Specialists to generate and maintain ERP Purchase Orders.

Maintains weekly seasonal WIP reports to accurately communicate EFD and delivery status to all internal customers, and ensures ERP is updated to reflect status.
