As a professional I've helped companies through Account Coordination, Logistics Planning, and Process Improvement. I have an eclectic background that I believe proves my ability to adapt to different industries and responsibilities. While my professional background lies in Operations environments I was also educated in Graphic Design. I currently run Operations for a successful men's apparel company while also doing freelance design. I find it inspiring and motivating to be running the business side of an apparel company while also creatively developing my own brand.

• Oversee warehouse flow including receiving, pick & pack, returns processing, and order fulfillment

• Oversee product flow from manufacturers (with purchasing) including receiving process,
 communications and warehouse organization

• Supervise the coordination of logistics (TL, LTL and UPS/small package)

• Manage plans to meet or exceed bottom line, sell-through goal, and gross margin impact

• Actively participate in annual inventory management with Finance and Operations and on-going cycle counting. Balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, cost and employee development/relations. Identify and obtain needed resources and skills for assigned projects from cross departmental teams.
