I am currently in Washington state taking on several freelance projects in Real Estate and for local business owners. My most recent project is with a physical therapy firm. Pro-Motion is a physical therapy firm based out of Yakima, WA. My primary objective was to generate new content for the companies website and social media channels. New photos, video and motion graphics were needed to spice up the companies profile and online presence. I traveled to local sporting events and meet up with local community members to develop stimulating content for web and social media viewers. In addition, I performed photo and video shoots of the physical therapists working on location to include in this in the advertising content. The project had a wide range of deliverables which included 11 staff biographies for the website, 8 15 second video loops for the background on the companies main page, video’s to market classes available on location, and a wide range of photos of people in the community performing everything from mountain biking to rock climbing.

More recently, I was employed at Ballistyx in Australia, which is the oldest and one of the largest distributors of snowboards and skateboards in the country. Ballistyx is based out of one of Australia's largest cities, Melbourne.
My job at Ballistyx was to experiment with Google Ad-words, Facebook campaigns, blogs, news stories on websites, twitter posts, youtube edits, and more. I was also in charge of creating and updating the websites banners and other web content so that it corresponded with all of the other components of the companies social media campaigns. I became familiar with using CoreDNA as a content management system, which was a efficient platform to keep track of website traffic, online sales, customer information, process online payments, and handle logistics. In addition, I am also familiar and frequently use other content management systems such as Wordpress, Drupal, and Squarespace.
I was in a unique situation, where I could experiment with advertising, and see a direct relationship between specific types of advertising and how that pushes sales. I could quantitatively measure the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns by promoting a specific product and then keep track of how that impacted sales on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. I was given the autonomy to experiment and with a varied amount of funds to see and analyze how that effected the amount of subscribers reached on platforms such as Facebook. I came up with a variety of strategies to minimize the amount of investment spent, in terms of total dollars spent on advertizing, yet still reach the same amount of subscribers or fans. My goal was to maximize the amount of ROI per dollar spent on Marketing, and the strategies that I developed and practiced out to be effective.

Fyve is an up and coming snowboard company based out of Australia. I was originally brought on to film the team riders and create marketing content for the company. After the company owner recognized that I was a rider as well, I was offered a sponsorship with the company. This included the opportunity to go on multiple company trips to New Zealand, Japan, and Australia. My job description was vast and included many aspects including:
Social Media Marketing
-Provide daily stimulating content for all social media channels (instagram, facebook, twitter, web blog, website)
-Analyze effectiveness of ads/posts
-Study which ads generate the highest amount of feedback (likes/comments/shares)
-Determine if there is a direct link between ads/posts to see if it boosts or stimulates particular product sales
Photographer for snowboarding, skateboarding, and product

-Edit photos with Photoshop and Lightroom (color correction/touch-up/graphic and titles)

Around Tahoe television is a local tv show based out of Tahoe City, California. I helped update the entire tv show to high definition from standard definition. I worked with the producer and re-filmed all of the local commercials and programs to get the television program up to date. Throughout the duration of the project, I filmed many local events in the area including home shows, festivals, wine tastings, fund raisers and more. Additionally, it was my responsibility to film and create unique content of the local environment. This involved filming wildlife, landscapes, local icons, and local athletes. The producer and I worked with a wide variety of clients, including Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Budweiser, Nor-Cal beverage, Rubicon Pizza, Brockway Golf, Captain Johns, Chamonix, and more. The Television show was broadcasted in San Francisco, Reno, and the greater Tahoe area. The employment responsibilities included a wide range of tasks including:
-Manage a 30min program on local television
-Generate ideas for stimulating content to engage viewers (action sports, community events, special events in the area)
-film local events and activities that are important and engaging in the area (concerts, festivals, wine tastings, fund raisers, ect)
-Create commercials for local businesses
-Meet with owners/managers of local businesses to generate a concept
-Develop an outline for advertisement
-Coordinate employees & develop a script for employees to follow
-Set up camera gear for particular lighting scenes

Trew gear is a niche outerwear company based out of Hood River, OR. My main responsibility was to act as a brand ambassador and athlete for the company. I participated as an athlete in multiple snowboard contests representing this brand. I participated in events such as the Canadian Open Slopestyle, The Dew Tour, Ride Shakedown at Snoqualmie, and more. I also attended SIA as a representative of Trew Outerwear.
