Work closely with Import and Offshore Production Team and Merchandisers.
Maintain strong understanding of customer floor-ready requirements and compliance.
Process Sales orders in the business system within 24 hours of receipt.
Create sales orders and process EDIs in AS400.
Pick and pack orders and supply contractors with pack slips and ship labels.
Provide Order Audit in AS400 to Sales to verify accuracy of sales order detail.
Coordinate and collaborate with Production Managers & Import Team for shipment statuses.
Advise Production and Purchasing Departments of changes affecting production progress.  
Processes 850 and 860 documents, item translations, edit incoming POs, systematically pack orders in EDI.
Manage open order profile daily. Update systems for date, order status and/or revisions as required. 
Submit routing request info prior to routing window requirements to Traffic Department and confirm routing completed within routing window. 


Support multiple Sales Representatives with their territories and customer accounts with at once or pre-book orders, sales reports, open order reports, product knowledge and returns via telephone or email
Keep records of account interactions, inquiries and transactions
Issue credits and replacements for returns
Ensure pre-book and at once shipments arrive as scheduled
Place, review and maintain purchase orders daily
Provide sales reporting and analysis to Customer Account Service Manager
Partner with Major Accounts Buyers (Tilly’s, Ross, Nordstrom) for purchase entries / pre-books


Customer Service Lead

Responsible for the day-to-day application of organization’s policies and procedures
Implements tactical plans to carry out project goals and objectives
Assigns tasks, checking work at frequent intervals
Monitors performance of subordinate employees according to established monitoring standards
Recognizes and recommends operation improvements
Approves and supervises the Credit memo process
Monthly order book and quarter-end reporting, includes report running and reporting detail to Assistant Manager
Organizes brand clinics and employee product training
Assists the Customer Care Supervisor with new hire setup process / employee reveiws
Supervises minor to mid-level IT / EDI issues
Leads or participates in various special projects
Assists with coordinating SMU production for Key Accounts
Territory reassignment in conjunction with Assistant Manager and CE Supervisor
