Decreased sample rounds 50% and reduced dependency on vendor sample room by devising rapid prototype paper patterns to cut production time and increase initial sample round accuracy, and selling ideas, testing with consumers, and garnering support and feedback for further iterations. 

Devised sustainability concepts and renewed vintage heritage styles for Upcycled project, using previously discarded materials to assist in achieving yearly sustainability goals while bringing new life to vintage heritage styles to gain customer appreciation and satisfaction.

Boosted sales $500K+ and evolved outdoor category by formulating backpack cooler concepts, including engineering with easy-access carry methods and insulated capabilities, and resulting in styles outperforming high-end competition at more competitive price points.

Created outdoor gear (technical hiking, lifestyle backpacks, travel accessories, luggage, hunting) to secure customer loyalty and expand profitable sales. Designed and developed Columbia Sportswear, Camp Inn, and Hideaway products. Built in-house product and graphic design studio from scratch to increase capabilities, save time, reduce cost, and build creative culture.

Designed products across categories that included lifestyle fashion footwear (youth, men, women). Brands included Stussy, Tech Deck, DVS, Easton Woolrich, Gotcha, and Daniel Green. Generated thousands of new footwear designs (sandals, tennis shoes, athletic high-performance).
