• Responsible for all digital revenue channels for ENVE, including ENVE's DTC & B2B sites, Amazon, ENVE Pro & Industry Pricing, Expert Voice.
• Brought ENVE B2B project to completion & to market, moving from CS reps placing entirely manual order entries to now having a significant percent of dealer orders to come directly through the wholesale sale. Sales have ramped seven-figures in the first six months since launch.
• Successfully migrated ENVE’s eCommerce platform from Woocommerce to Shopify while maintaining YoY growth. 
• Manage dev team to build middleware integrations between platforms & ERP system.
• Oversee tech stack for web & digital marketing needs, owning ad spend & ROAS.

Ecommerce Manager

• Own the B2C eCom channel for Santa Cruz Bicycles, Reserve Wheels, & Cervelo Cycles Inc.
•  Spearheaded Reserve Wheel's direct-to-consumer website, responsibilities ranging from developing the customer journey, merchandising strategy, developing PLP pages, overseeing API & webhook connections to integrate with 3PL fulfillment.
• Oversee integrations between Shopify and Hubspot CRM, Amazon Seller Central, 3PL fulfillment centers.
• Develop a multi year roadmap for the B2C channel Santa Cruz Bicycles, Cervelo Cycles Inc, and Reserve Wheels.
• Manage multi year revenue forecasting & budget for direct-to-consumer channel.
• Provide backend support for the Santa Cruz Bicycles B2B channel.

•	Build & configure front end B2C webstore through Shopify Plus, optimizing for web & mobile traffic.
•	Track and report ecommerce revenue and contribute to sales & inventory forecast.
•	Create and execute full-price promotional schedule, as well as end-of-season off-price plan.
•	Monitoring sell through rates, providing inventory replenishment, and manage aged inventory.
•	Providing regular & ad hoc reporting on key metrics & KPIs. 
•	Create and manage product and marketing pages pages to sell products online. Ensure products have complete quality product, data, images, and are categorized correctly within taxonomy.

Ecommerce Merchandiser

Brand Marketing for Competitive Cyclist that includes:
•	Developed the marketing promo calendar for Competitive Cyclist, Backcountry’s cycling-oriented site, utilizing historical data and market trends.
•	Implemented the marketing strategy across all digital channels to promote campaigns and promotions.
•	Analyzed and tracked internal sales & search results fiscal week basis. 
•	Set KPIs to adhere campaigns results for various digital channels.
•	Facilitated cross functional communication between Merchandising, Creative, Email, Performance Marketing, and Tech Production teams to maximize revenue through campaigns.
•	Delivered campaigns that began as initial concepting to final products that were used through all digital channels.

Associate Brand Manager

Brand Marketing for Steep and Cheap that includes:
•	Developed the marketing promo calendar for Backcountry’s liquidation site, Steep and Cheap, utilizing historical data and market trends.
•	Building and maintaining the site’s front-end appearance of which brands or campaigns to be featured.
•	Visual Merchandising of the featured products within each campaign and what creative assets to use.
•	Developed brand moments and recommended the email strategy.
•	Collaborating with the merchandising team to align on proper inventory liquidation.

-Managing a book of business of 2000+ of customers who share similar passions of alpine & backcountry skiing, mountain biking, and hiking & camping. Outbound sales and providing outdoor gear expertise, working 1:1 to build custom bikes & ski packages and making sure current and future gear needs were adequately kept up.
- Actively work to expand Backcountry customer base through authentic connections and solidify current customers to make incremental sales over.
-  Involvement with Backcountry sponsored outdoor events to develop a physical brand presence.
-  Keep up to date with trends and new gear in the outdoor industry.

Customer Account Manager

-Providing inbound customer service regarding gear recommendations, previous and current  orders, and generally stoking people out.

Gearhead / Customer Service

-Made personal connections with customers that resulted in increased brand loyalty and sales for the company.
-Spearheaded weekly mountain bike shop rides to increase relations with the community and encourage more people to try riding.
-Diagnosed and solved bike issues.

Sales Associate

-Guided GOOB (Gonzaga Out Of Bounds), a multiday freshman orientation trip in Montana that included hiking, biking, rafting, and camping under the stars. Was responsible for the rafting portion as well as helping with the preparations necessary for the trip.
-Guided several trips a semester that have ranged from introductory hiking trips to advanced biking trips. Responsible for planning logistics of the trip, including travel, trip itinerary, and emergency back-up plan.

Adventure Guide

-Covering events and student life around campus
-Shooting photos at Gonzaga's basketball games and other sports
-Assignments typically have a 48hr turnaround rate from shooting the event to dropping the photos.
-Photos are run within the student newspaper, The Gonzaga Bulletin, advertisements used, Student Publication blog & social media posts.

Photographer

-Guided Class III+ whitewater trips, hosted company bonding, scenic, and wine floats down the Spokane and Clark Fork Rivers.

Whitewater Raft Guide

-Hired and managed a small staff of 8 photographers
-Helped produce a weekly student newspaper, The Gonzaga Bulletin. Was responsible for making sure photo assignments had coverage and editing photos to make them suitable for production.
-Photos were used in the Bulletin as well as complementary artwork in advertisements run in the paper.
