Responsible for not only the growth of Barnes 4WD as a company, but as well as making a unique and relatable consumer experience for all of our customers. Responsibilities Include: - Daily social media posts that capture an audience or certain demographic. - Watching industry trends to utilize how the company markets themselves and stay relevant. - Making high quality images and content material that is used in scheduled emails, website banners, and google ads. - Maintaining relationships with industry partners and social media influencers. - Going to different trade shows and wheeling events to promote our company and keep relationships alive. - Maintaining Barnes 4WD's inventory software, making sure all of our sales channels are healthy and orders are being fulfilled on time. - All company content. Videos, photos, and any graphic design that is needed. - Understanding the offroad community to guide decisions on how much we should budget for different aspects of this industry. (Racers, influencers, brand partnerships, shows, etc..)

Responsible for taking a house from the concrete slab, to being ready for the trim crew. This included framing, sheathing, siding, roofing, and insulating a house before passing it off to the next crew. It was my job to ensure that a house was built to the plans that were drawn, and to teach newer members the ins and outs of the trade. Responsibilities Included: - Digging footers for concrete slabs. - Building forms from house plans to give the house it's base shape. - Framing a house to a drawn specification. - Sheathing the house with plywood to ensure structural integrity - Siding the house to not only make it aesthetically pleasing, but to further waterproof the house. - Painting the exterior of the house. - Roofing the house according to the customers wants. Overcoming any challenges whether it was shingle or metal roofing. - Insulating a house to make it sound proof, and maintain a cool or warm temperature depending on the season. - Proficiency in driving heavy equipment. (Track Hoe, Back Hoe, Gehl, and others) - Proficiency with every tool needed to build a house.

Responsible for being able to adapt to whatever job we had. I typically was on the framing side of things, however Bert Mtn. was also a handyman service. We would do everything from building garages, to replacing gutters, to even building custom cabinetry. Responsibilities Included: - Willingness to travel to different job sites daily. - Proficiency in painting and sealing. - Ability to adapt to situations that were unfamiliar - Learn new skills once, and be able to perform them again unassisted. - Framing buildings. - Roofing buildings, garages, and even indoor pools. - Ability to work with customers and meet their needs.
