Marketing Coordinator and Shipping Manager

Originally from Big Bear Lake, CA, I moved to San Diego in 2010 to further my education at San Diego State University. After three years of attendance, I transferred to Colorado State University Global Campus enabling me to be more flexible with career opportunities and family obligations.I graduated from Colorado State, with a Bachelors Degree in Business Communication. 
I am a hard working and driven individual, who is detail oriented with a deep passion for sales, marketing, and overall business operations. I have exceptional people skills and pride myself on building lasting relationships with the people I connect with. 
I currently work Go Toga Inc., a college event discovery and media platform focused on providing the best events to students at campuses across the country. My position specifically focuses on the marketing and the management of our reps at all campuses. Additionally, I am in charge of all shipping operations for the company.

•	Onboarding of marketing representatives, freshman representatives, social media influencers, and event curators. 
•	Manage representatives/curators and keep track of deliverables.
•	Assist with general marketing operations and sales.
•	Attend technology conferences to gain insight on our space and meet potential buyers/inverstors
•	Utilize strategic partnerships to advance brand image. 
•	Handle shipments of marketing materials for both company representatives and partner brands on each campus. 


•	Oversee fulfillment and shipping of all products through Shopify.
•	Responsible for inter-company communication and organization.
•	Attend fashion shows and meet with new potential vendors and customers. 
•	Handle customer service inquiries, returns, and refunds. 
•	Manage company communication to customers and vendors. 
•	Assist with marketing operations to further brand recognition.


Co-Founder and COO

•	Provided hotel and spa guests with top quality customer service and assisted with any issues pertaining to their stay at the resort. 
•	Orchestrated the flow of guests coming in and out of the hotel by communicating with different departments to ensure guests with timely and comfortable stay. 
•	Organized entire trips for hotel guests and their families to fit their specific needs to create lasting experiences. 
•	Made strong business relationships with all third party vendors to ensure the best rates for guests and returns for the hotel. 
•	Set up multiple engagement/proposal for future newlyweds.
