Conducted and managed concept design, design for manufacturability, quote, prototype, testing, and approval of products for multiple customer contracts concurrently, with each contract containing three to six products each. Interfaced and reported directly to product development directors, quality control managers, and other management personnel from customer companies to obtain/apply product specifications, product appearance, and material specifications. Created and implemented a system to produce professional test reports, design verification summaries, test catalog numbers, and documentation of customer approval for mass production. Collaborated with a diverse engineering team on various design and functional challenges in new and existing product lines.

Supervised temporary employees as a second-year crewmember, maintaining IHOG compliance (in high stress situations) for passenger briefing, load manifesting, load building, and flight configurations. Recognized issues and contributed problem solving skills in a highly hazardous team environment through two seasons of crewmember experience. Aided in efficiency monitoring with the helicopter pilot through observing results obtained by power output checks of the helicopter, along with turbine behavior in different environments encountered.
