Production Manager

Engineering & Production

•	Collaborate with the CEO to determine the company’s needs relating to product cost, quality, and delivery.
•	Foster long-term relationships with customers and vendors.
•	Create and implement testing protocols and vendor quality standards based on company requirements.
•	Manage the social media accounts, company website
•	Collaborate with the graphic designer on imagery and marketing.
•	Prepare and execute the booth for trade shows.
•	Manage daily workflow for CEO that included: calendar, email, phone, contacts, group/team meetings, expenses, filing, travel arrangements, and presentations.
•	Arrange onsite and offsite meetings and events as necessary: coordinate scheduling and logistics (conference rooms, equipment, and catering), creating agendas and providing any other meeting materials as necessary.
•	Order and manage the distribution of supplies, office and computer equipment.
•	Manage the office while the CEO is out of town.

Assist customers with credit account inquiries and payments, merchandise returns, gift packaging and a variety of other services

• Help the store meet its sales goals through promotion of Nordstrom products and services

• Support store operations by being a general store resource for customers and employees

• Deliver exceptional service receiving and responding to incoming calls from customers and coworkers

• Assist customers by answering questions and transferring calls to departments and stores in a professional and efficient manner

• Coach and train employees on processes, tools and systems used to drive sales

• Educate employees on compliance topics to ensure stores maximum profitability

• Demonstrate ownership, accountability and initiative

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
