•	Built client loyalty program and new Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) to improve foot traffic, conversions, and weekly revenue, hitting targets~40% above other stores; programs were rolled out to other locations.
•	Established a 0% attrition rate with employees after securing new talent, 
owning all hiring and training duties; curated a fun + inspiring work culture. 
•	Executed the store opening and managed all in-store operations, including payroll, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
