•	Drive seamless onboarding processes and continue to work as support and services team to proactively manage each customer’s successful deployment. 
•	Actively seek opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell and generate referrals. 
•	Develop and execute customer success plans, including tracking and reporting on key metrics for customer’s success
•	Schedule and attend sales call appointments with new prospect and existing accounts. Personally made 50 cold calls per day to generate new customers
•	Respond to RFP's and follow up with prospects. Develop an account plan to sell to existing customers based on their business needs

CIEE is a non-profit, non-governmental organization. Our mission is one shared by many in international education: "to help people gain understanding, acquire knowledge, and develop skills for living in a globally interdependent and culturally diverse world." To fulfill that mission, CIEE provides both outbound international education experiences for university students, faculty, and administrators, and study, work, and internship opportunities for people coming into the U.S.
