Events and Communications Coordinator

I currently work as an Event and Communications Coordinator at the Center for Russian, East European and Eurasian Studies (CREEES) at Stanford University. I support the Center’s academic events, managing the logistics of the events, and also design and publish the Center communications.

Coordinate Center events including weekly seminars, lectures, film screenings, conferences, workshops, graduation and receptions
Manage logistics associated with Center events including coordination of travel arrangements for Center guests, collecting required paperwork, and arranging appropriate facilities
Design Center posters, flyers, brochure, print and online advertisements, and the annual newsletter
Develop and maintain the CREEES website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
Assist the Associate Director with grant preparation and reporting
