Greet guest with a positive attitude and educate them on all of the fun activities that we have going on in and around the hotel. Our 128 room hotel has multiple deluxe rooms that I try and upgrade the guests to in order for them to have the best experience as possible.  I verify routing for reservations is set up correctly, and make sure almost all of the requests made by guest during the reservation process are done.

Organize seating charts and manage sections for servers, file paperwork regarding servers checks, follow cash handling and credit procedures, take drink orders and deliver quickly.

Greet and check in/out guest in a timely manner, acknowledge and solve guests concerns about their stay, balance and prepare paperwork for closing shifts according to the hotel standards.
