Analyst, Development & Acquisitions

•	Trained in operations of hotels.
•	Generated and led an in-depth market analysis at the Westin Atlanta Airport on the property’s competitive set.  Presented report to the General Manager, the Revenue Manager and the Sales & Marketing team. This resulted in changes in sales practices as well as in the revenue management strategy at the property. 
•	Piloted an analysis on the spending practices of different types of hotel guests at the Westin Atlanta Airport. The analysis resulted in changes to the hotel’s room rates as well as in the marketing of amenities such as food and beverage products.
•	Analysis on the total poundage of linen used monthly at the Sheraton Myrtle Beach.  The analysis demonstrated that the hotel had been overcharged by its laundry service, resulting in the hotel receiving $20,000 in compensation.
