I managed the outbound shipping department that provided daily shipment to 60 Target stores where I directed daily activities of 40 direct reports with responsibility for improvement in their development, productivity, teamwork, safety and quality standards while supplying stores with on time delivery of product life cycle process. I also functioned as a Safety and Emergency Response Team Leader with responsibility of training and certification over all emergency/crisis response team members and stewardship over 150 employees.

Distribution Center Operations Manager

I oversaw multiple districts in northern California as the point of contact for store security, crisis management, and all large-scale retail theft investigations. I was a certified trainer for Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and Internal Investigations and I trained leadership on incident prevention, CCTV installation and tactics, organized theft and fraud investigations, and case building and prosecution. Certified as trainer for off site and mobile criminal surveillance tactics. I closed FY2010 with 24 closed Investigations for over $87,000 in resolution and supported peers in an additional $78,000 in prosecution. I successfully built and maximized partnerships with local law enforcement agencies, California Highway Patrol, High-Tech Crimes Task Forces, and Secret Service partners for prosecution.

I managed the operations of a 140 team member $74 million high-volume, high-risk store location. Performed regular leader on duty role managing entire store operation, merchandising, receiving, front end and customer service, scheduling, cash controls, opening/closing and emergency situations as store second in charge.
