I am a creative and out of the box thinker. These characteristics make it easy for me to be a versatile and multitalented product expert.  I work with multiple product categories including apparel, accessories, footwear, skincare and cosmetics. Growing into new product categories has made me more flexible in problem solving and a significant resource for product information.  I have six years of experience in apparel manufacturing, a design award for Senior Designer of my graduating class and some professional design experience. I’m interested in moving towards a more creative career path.

?	Responsible as primary QA contact for handbags, footwear and accessories. 
?	Responsible as secondary QA contact for skin care, cosmetics and apparel. 
?	Evaluate products in a three-day turnaround time period following the FIFO method.
?	Work in Excel and Word formats regularly, communications through Outlook.
?	Spec handbags, footwear, apparel and accessories against vendor measurements.
?	Evaluate product labeling, packaging, claims, claim substantiation, construction and quality. 
?	Partner with legal consult and FDA & FTC resources to validate product claims and substantiation. 
?	Partner with Merchants and Vendors to correct product issues and provide missing information.
?	Collaborate with Product Coordinators to make product information updates on web, on-air and internal database.
?	Partner with Quality Control and Merchants to correct issues with incoming bulk shipments. 
?	Train new employees in partnering departments to understand QA processes for my categories.
?	Periodically revise Vendor Manual chapters on my primary and secondary categories. 
?	Create custom technical sketches with Illustrator demonstrating QA product guidelines for vendors to follow. 
?	Create new chapters for the Vendor Manual while ensuring all product information requirements follow FDA & FTC guidelines.

Working at the Factory store is fun and exciting! My main duties include helping customers find what they need in the wardrobe rooms, on the floor, through orders in extended store inventory and helping train new sales associates. Processed new inventory, markdowns, set up/ broke-down promotional displays, regular cashier duties, opened new store credit cards.
