  Rockstar, Tilly’s and Pac Sun 
- Worked with design pre-handoff to expedite sourcing needs while creating bottom 
  up costing to confirm that each product hits targets at initial handoff stage
- Review and negotiate each style by style along side the responsible developer 
- Correspond with facilities to guarantee that design/ concept of each and every 
  style is brought to life as envisioned by design, marketing and merchandising
- Conduct Fit meetings to ensure fit and quality

Product Developer/ Pod Lead

- Assisted and Created initial Design CADS and tech packs 
- Maintained relations with factory overseas to meet deadlines 
- Traveled abroad quarterly to manage sample line in time for market 
- Assisted in the entire garment process from initial design to production

Assistant Designer

- Assisted with creating and updating specs along with the corresponding patterns 
  according to customer fit comments 
- Coordinated lab dip comments to our in-house dying facility 
- Communicate with sample makers in-house to create proto samples with the correct 
  construction according to the function and requirements of each customers  
- Facilitated the transportation of appropriate patterns, specs and fabric to the 
  production factory in Mexico 
- Maintained the production calendar of the facility in Mexico while coordinating 
  the production needs of each customer
