Answer customer service calls from global customer base and internal personnel. Support sales team by providing reports, forms, order progress, order tracking. Receive customer purchase orders via fax and telephone. Enter new orders into computer system using Expandable software. Prepare purchase orders for entry. Maintain delivery schedules for manufacturing department. Transfer pertinent order information to shipping department. Track shipments for customers using Federal Express and UPS. Prepare invoices and apply debit and credits. Advise customer of inventory status.
