Principal Technical Writer - Initially responsible for dividing Assembly Procedures into separate documents by operation and correcting legacy errors in preparation for transition to MES and SAP. Separating the documents required working with Manufacturing Engineering, Validation, and Test Equipment staff and provided individual Product Builders in the clean room with only that section of the assembly procedure required by a specific Product Builder to complete a task at a particular bench. This task was completed ahead of schedule and budget and took approximately five months and involved over 1000 individual procedures. My next assignment was to write new assembly procedures for Lead and Implantable Pulse Generators (Spinal Cord and Deep Brain Stimulators). This required working in clean room with Manufacturing Engineering to develop step-by-step individual procedures for the assembly and testing of new implantable device.
