- Led Advanced Product Quality Planning for Motorcycle projects.

- Led Supplier Quality support efforts for suspension systems across all Polaris business units.

Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer - Motorcycles

- Developed and led implementation of fabricated part Center of Excellence (CoE) strategy with goal of improving material utilization and driving simplicity through ~$1B fabrications spend. Developed recommendations to save $500k annually in initial pilot scope.

- Led project with strategic fabrications supplier to implement New Part Introduction team; reducing lead time to launch parts by 60%, improving first pass yield by 32%, and reducing process handoffs by 73%.

- Led 350 suppliers through international supply chain readiness effort supporting 7 new product releases in USA, Belgian, and Romanian manufacturing facilities. Successfully mitigated 88% of supply chain risk prior to launch.

- Developed new enterprise-wide tool to assess suppliers’ operational efficiency across 11 dimensions and 45 specific business processes. Used to provide improvement roadmap for existing suppliers and pre-qualify new suppliers.

- Led one of three Corporate Feed Forward teams tasked with improving 

Principal Engineer - Supplier Development

- Led on-site capability assessments of potential steel, grey, and ductile iron castings suppliers across Mexico, China, and Turkey to determine suppliers’ ability to support low cost country (LCC) sourcing objectives.

- Led 56 suppliers through international supply chain readiness effort based out of Shanghai, China to support an average 800% volume increase across 5 scissor lift models at Tianjin, CN manufacturing facility.

- Developed three-tiered strategy for analyzing and improving, supplier capacity using simulation tools including full development of a low-cost, excel-based capacity modeling tool.
