I'm a marketing and communications professional with 5 years of experience helping brands grow and foster consumer loyalty. I have worked in traditional and experiential marketing with legal, CPG and retail clients.

Community Manager ( events)

• Assisting with the implementation of all media activities for retail client
• Working with Media Planner/Supervisor, and client to establish media objectives, and strategies, for advertising media campaigns
• Preparing and maintaining buy details, flowcharts and budgets for media plans using Excel, and planning-specific software

• Participate in training seminars
• Researching and Providing client media coverage report for every store opening
• Assisting Media Planner with pulling of any required media data for the execution of media plans 
• Managing and implementing media plans, including plan changes.
• Working with Media Planner and buyers to resolve any issues that may arise
• Supporting 5 media buyers in Houston & Austin with the implementation of all media activities for retail clients
• Monitoring buys by spot checking and confirming orders, changes/revisions

Assistant media planner/buyer 

Maintaining relationships with Direct Response clients and station representatives
Requesting and sending DUBs (creative tapes) to stations
Calling stations/ network representatives to resolve various issues as they arise
Confirming and verifying contract agreements against buys
Gathering and verifying pre-logs against media traffic instructions
Issuing spot times to clients and answering questions in a timely manner
Performing media and market research
Serve as primary liaison between buyers/account manager and station representatives
Giving team in India instructions on entering data
Working with media buyers to negotiate make goods and/or adjust campaigns on stations
