-Head of design for kiteboards, mechanical and molded parts 
-Production manager for all products: making sure products are manufacturable at the target cost. Following up production status with factories in southeast Asia (mainly China and Taiwan)
-Over 250,000 products manufactured and sold
-Managing a small group of designers and testers
