Brand manager / designer Naish Kiteboarding -Responsible for brand’s product line, strategy and marketing -Product designer for kites and soft tech (harnesses, boardbags, travel bags) from concept, to graphics, to production files, to production. -Head of design for kiteboards, mechanical and molded parts -Production manager for all products: making sure products are manufacturable at the target cost. Following up production status with factories in southeast Asia (mainly China and Taiwan) -Over 250,000 products manufactured and sold -Managing a small group of designers and testers
