Energy Engineer - Used state of the art software (Trane TRACE 700/eQUEST) to produce full building simulations predicting annual energy consumption and associated environmental impact. Created multiple, energy efficient, alternatives and compared to existing building or an ASHRAE baseline, dependent on project type. Technical feasibility reports written outlining energy reduction, CO2 emissions reduction, life-cycle cost analysis and associated payback for client. Experience with LEED energy modeling and submittals. Mechanical Designer - Design of mechanical HVAC systems ductwork and piping. Use of Autodesk REVIT and AUTOCAD MEP to create layouts of HVAC systems. Expertise includes chilled beams, geothermal, VAV, fan coil, energy recovery, and radiant in-floor. Designs required thinking outside the box to create energy efficient designs.
