Management of thermal test chamber facility for LED phosphor and remote phosphor reliability. Trouble shoot using digital voltmeters and current probes and repair of high temperature high humidity test chambers. 

High intensity discharge lighting design for aerospace, military, medical, and commercial applications. High temperature brazing of ceramic to metal and sapphire to metal assemblies. UV, visible, and IR spectroradiometry. Source photometry with integrating spheres and goniometers. 

UL compliance management. Focus on lighting and plastics per UL94, UL746, UL1598, UL1993, UL8750.
