• Overseeing and managing the operations and activities/events of a 160,000 Sqf Health Club with over 7000 members from the Front Desk to the Membership, Fitness Center, Basketball Court, Childcare Services and Aquatics. • Helping and training the front desk staff with CSI functions such as booking, programs registration, processing payments, POS, member management etc. • Providing the optimum service to customer/member and ensuring their satisfaction at all times. • Observing and monitor staff performance to make sure that company rules and procedures are being followed • Handling the client, vendor and employee issues, questions and concerns • Reporting directly to the General Manager and working together as a team with all departments
